During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service provided by the staff, especially when a team member went out of his way to ensure my daughter was informed of our transportation details, making us feel genuinely cared for. additionally, with top sites like the Alaska Heritage Museum and Chugach National Forest just a short walk away, my love for urban exploring was satisfyingly catered to.

Great fit for resting in Anchorage with fantastic value for money. My room was clean, which helped me sleep well. Be prepared for potential wait times at check-in.

Comfy stay, but dining was a letdown

I stayed for 2 nights and the room was nice and clean with a comfy bed. The staff were super chill and helped with my stuff for the trip. But breakfast was a mess—lukewarm food and a confusing setup. The bar area was decent, though.

The staff at Crowne Plaza Anchorage really stood out. Check-in went smoothly and the front desk team was exceptionally helpful, especially when I arrived late. My room was spacious, which I loved, but it did feel a bit outdated. I appreciated the numerous electrical outlets and the decent Wi-Fi connection. However, the noise from the planes flying overhead was annoying, particularly in the early mornings. I had breakfast in the restaurant, but the options felt limited and the food wasn't hot. The Club Lounge was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. Also, I waited a long time for the airport shuttle. On my departure day, the shuttle driver had called in sick, and the front desk lady's comments about it were strange and unprofessional. It all added unnecessary stress to my morning. The room cleanliness was good, but our room didn’t get refreshed one day. Despite the shortcomings, the staff did their best to assist us during our stay.

Had an awesome time! Loved the cozy atmosphere. The staff, especially Sam, went above and beyond for us. Only drawback was the check-in delay. 🛎️
